FOOD offers in the FOOD-web portal solutions for meeting service with your booking, web shops, catering and Menu pre-order. The whole process of order to the settlement is mapped in the System.
Conference service
With the module of the full process of the conference hosting is shown. The conference supply is controlled by the ERP location. The customer can put together using the web interface from a selected range of products for its hospitality and also the billing-relevant data. Optionally, a table or space reservation request. In consequence, the conference can focus the team on the settlement of entertainment, and is not hindered by administrative work. The resolution is supported by bills of delivery, Function Sheets, and a detailed reporting. The automatic billing, either via internal transfer or as customer's invoice, and the generated electronic entertainment ticket facilitate the transfer.
Hosting guests
On this web module departments can sign up independently guests entertainment in the operation of restaurants. The input of payroll data and the guest list (Excel template) is facilitated by the connection to the Active Directory. Per participant, either a consumption card or a QR Code as the payment reference, to the funds. The Consumption will be posted on the cash register interface automatically on the hosting order, and on the given assignments settled. Office service

Menu pre-order
With the web-based menu ordering system, a continuous solution of the publication provides FOOD on the appointment, and the post-processing, to the output of the menu on offer. Pictures, a detailed product description, FIC values, as well as information on weight, price etc can be shown. For the order of the menu and the choice of the Components are available. All orders will be displayed in the production module and can be up to the delivery of further processed. Optionally, the orders can be displayed on an output of the Monitor or on the KOSTPOS.
