Project management
Years of experience and successful implementation of projects in various areas (large caterers, restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities) form the Basis for a new project in the most efficient and time-saving implement. FOOD supports clients with "best-practice" experience and will work with you in the project-specific Workshops on a customized schedule from the Kick-off to decrease.
Training
In the training of the Key Users are trained according to the "Train the Trainer"principle in the functions of the system, taking into account the project-specific requirements. In the current project also Online are scheduled training courses on specific topics. We recommend that independent testing and training environment that is separate from the production environment. Support
FOOD offers an Update Service, technical Support, and operational Support. The telephone service hotline and project server (ticket system) is the Single Point of Contact.
